How was my weekend…
It was great and terrible at the same time.
Okay, lets talk about the good things first; I celebrated Valentines with Dauz and it was the best, let me tell you that. I was in shock when he brought me to Shangri-la. I was literally crying in the car. We ate the buffet, and it was oh so delish. We ate there for 3 hours straight and I felt so full, I almost threw up. When we arrived we sat and talked. The first thing that we ate was sea food, thenn I ate western then Italian, then Chinese and then DESSERT! Dauz was 2 courses ahead of me so yeah, I ate quite slow. After that, he gave me a small box which contained a necklace with a small bird pendant (really pretty) , and I gave him a hand-made card. Well I poured my heart & soul making that card (well I’m a bit exaggerating) nevertheless, his gift to me was way better than mine.
After lunch, we hung out more, played at the small maze at the back near the café , walked around, embracing our ‘vain’ side looking at the reflection of ourselves when we had the chance, sat down and talked. It was a memorable one.
On the way back to his house, we stopped by Carrefour and bought JACK, he’s a Suger glider, really cute fell, feisty but cute. :)
Came back to his house and Uzma (Dauz’s little sister) bought a lizard (can teman wawa!) Everyone had their own animal to take care of.
We hung out in his room for a while then went down to watch Titanic. Titanic made me cry AGAIN. -.-
I wasn’t in the mood to do much because my mom was quite annoyed/furious at me.
Even so, I still had fun. No doubt about that.

Ok the bad thing is, yes. My mom is/was angry at me.
Probably I said something to annoy her. It wasn’t on purpose of course! But that’s not an excuse. I feel guilty and she’s still not talking to me till now. It’s been almost 5 days. Almost a week. Well I know that she can hold a grudge really long. It feels really uncomfortable. I am somehow happy that I’m working now. I can get rid of the feeling by being occupied with work. Ouh well.. This is making me feel all depressed.

Enough of that. Guess what?!
I’m still at the office and it’s 8.04pm
I’m helping my department, making a tender. Well I don’t write letters and all because I’m not authorized to do so. I just help redo the tables on the forms or help Photostat some papers to put in those files. It’s quite meticulous. If I forget photocopying one piece of paper. Rm1 mil. GONE. Well it actually depends on the tender. Some tenders can go up to a few billion. Really crazy.
I can’t stand staring at the computer screen, but this is my only entertainment. So, I have no choice. I have nothing to do for now, but I know they’ll call me soon to do GOD knows what.

Sigh..

My brain’s empty. Guess I’ll stop writing.

Brain Dig

My insecurities are holding me back from doing anything. I get worried for NO reason and I'll have low-confidence all of a sudden.
Sometimes I'll even think, why are they friends with me or why do I have a boyfriend, because I'll be thinking that they can have better.
Well it's just my stupid conscience.

Anyways, I've been thinking. For NOW, I have a few things that I want to do and try to accomplish:
One:Buy a phone using my own money; Two:Be a good student when going to college; Three:Posses a high self confidence; Four:Try to not burden anyone; Five:Increase Photography skills; Six:Practice on my corner-ing; Seven:Be a good Muslim;

Eight:Exercise and BE thin. like -- >

Yes I have an example. BUT I do want to look thin like her. It's somehow proportional.

Enough about that. Yesterday, out of the blues my mom bought me two items from Topshop and a pair of jeans from French Connection.
Ok the story goes like this..
Yesterday, I was nicely laying in bed thinking about what happened the day before. THEN, my mom came in the room and asked me whether if I wanted to follow my mom and brother to breakfast. So I said yes. Little did I know, my brother was paying for the food. MY BROTHER. :')
Then, We 'wanted' to go back home when suddenly my brother opened his mouth describing this shirt he found at Topman. My mom then asked whether if he wanted to buy it or not and we went straight to OneUtama with our stinky bodies. He got the Shirt and I was browsing through the womens section and found the pants that I wanted which I thought had finished. Anyways, my mom said that I could get that and my brother took a plain shirt and I took another plain guys shirt to fulfill the 20%.
When I got back home my brother gave me this REALLY long and big plaid shirt from DKNY.( I love him to bits now) :p
Later that evening, I went out with my mom and sister plus shaira and her mom to Bangsar Shopping Center. Then, we went to this designers outlet and bought myself another pair of skinny jeans.
So yes, I had new clothes yesterday and I am very satisfied.

The atmosphere.... well lets say its similar to a night market.
It was too noisy and if it were me, I wouldn't buy the clothes, even if it was Rm1. Seriously, they sold some of the clothes for Rm1!
They were shouting "SATU RINGGIT SATU RINGGIT! CEPAT CEPAT! LIMA RINGGIT DUA RINGGIT!" (one ringgit one ringgit! quick quick! five ringgit two ringgit! )
Can you imagine! It was so chaotic. I wanted to slap them realllll hard. I wished I did, I was so annoyed.

Anyhow, enough writing for now.

Staleness

Have you ever checked the expiry date when buying a pack of gum, can of sardines and so on?
Well I usually do, and I realized some shops keep those even though either it’s been expired for days or it WILL expire in a few days.
I was in a rush just now, and I bought a pack of gum, it was manufactured last year February and the expiry date it’s just a few days away.
My habit is to always keep the gum in a few weeks in my bag then occasionally devour it when I get a chance.
I only have a few days and I just bought it. Somehow it’s a waste of my money.
I’ve bought expired goods before, and trust me the substance is just foul I tell you!
I’ve seen weird looking beans, moldy bread rotten eggs. It’s so revolting when I think about it.
MY suggestion is that, they should make a monthly inspection. You know, like checking the expiry date if it’s just a few days or weeks away then they should discard or somehow make it into Biomass. WHICH is a good way to help the environment.
Sometimes I understand why SOME things are cheaper than other things, it could be near to it’s expiry date or somehow the package is a bit torn or the quality is just B.A.D.

I Really do not know why I’m talking about expiry dates and stale food. Ahaha
Well, it’s been in my head since just now.
AND I am super duper calafragilisticispaidociously BORED.
I have zero things to do now. Well FOR NOW.

Hello February, how are you?

Hello there,
It's February. Yes February. It still doesn't feel like 09 yet.
Starting from today I have a few sacrifices to make. Which is, not eating when I go out lepaking, will NOT spend money on clothes or accessories, buying snacks, spending money for those unnecessary vouchers and etc..
The only reason is because I want to buy a new phone to replace my old worn out phone(that I love ouh so much) I thought of buying the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. I have been browsing the internet during office hours :p (I was attracted by its awesomeness)
I have never seen a thing so wonderful in my life. Maybe I'm a tad bit exaggerating but its so beautiful!
It is sooo expensive.. It's about Rm2,500 +-
So if I'm really lucky, I would at least buy it for about Rm1,800, but that's unlikely of me getting a price that cheap for now. It's a touch screen with a full QWERTY keyboard. That sounds bloody cool!
I can't wait!! Well I'm hoping I'll have enough money to buy it. Ouh and i have about 2 more things to buy, which is a Nikon macro lens and a Polaroid camera. I've been wanting those two for AGES but never had a chance to purchase it.
Anyways, my plan is to work till April. So I'll get about Rm900. Sad ain't it? Thennnnnn, I'll do side chores like cleaning the car, cleaning the house, whatever and If I have to get a job, I'll take a part-time job somewhere else with a bigger pay.
I need about Rm5,000 to get ALL those plus buying a bit of extras' (if you know what I mean) ;)
So, I'm guessing I'll get the money about 4 months before the end of the year. XD
That's really long, but it will be worth it, Sooooo worth it.
I understand why my mom complains about us spending money like there's a money tree behind the house. The pain whenever taking out money to buy things, is excruciating. Well I guess richer people can live in luxury and buying whatever they want because they have excessive cash in their pockets.
Anyhow, yes. After starting class, I guess I'll work on days I have no classes . BUT I will not work on Sundays. NO way José. :D

Update on work; It has been 8 days of working, and it's quite interesting.
Now, I know how to function a photostatting machine, Fax letters, Scan(well I knew that before working), doing a quotation, typing a compliance table, filing, and doing a tender.
I feel like a working lady ahah. I've been wearing clothes excluding my jeans. It feels weird, because 80% of what I wear include jeans. So yeah, you get the pictures.
Ouh! The food there.. not THAT fantastic. Quite bland actually. Some dishes does not taste like what they're supposed to taste like. It's not disgusting, it's edible but I'm not satisfied. YET, I think I gained a tonne of unnecessary weight, I think cause my boss keeps feeding me with karipap, roti telur sardine, and cekodok. Well I'm bersyukur whatever it is. :)
Some people can't even afford to buy rice! So at least there's something to eat. I can't really complain.
Donc, I came back home early today, because there was a fire up at the 9th floor, just two floors above mine. We all heard the bell but did nothing because it never occurred to us that there was a fire. Well it wasn't big, the air cond dispenser was burnt and suddenly was in flames.
Everyone evacuated and I could smell the smoke from outside . Hopefully no one was injured.
Yup I guess that's it..
